- The Electronic Gift Vouchers can be redeemed at croma.com and Croma Stores.
- The validity period for the gift vouchers is 365 days from the date of issuance or as per the purchase condition.
- If your purchase exceeds the value of the Electronic Gift Vouchers, the remaining amount can be paid using other available payment methods on the website.
- No refunds, replacements, or cash backs are available for the Electronic Gift Vouchers.
- Treat this voucher like cash. Electronic Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced or duplicated if lost or stolen.
- Once issued, cancellation requests for the Electronic Gift Vouchers will not be entertained by the company.

- In the event of returns/cancellations for redemptions done via EGV, the refund will reflect the contribution value of the EGV to the sale. The remaining amount will be covered by the other respective payment method. For multiple products purchased using a combination of the EGV and other payment methods, the value attributed to each product will be assigned based on the percentage contribution of the total order value. Refunds will occur in the same proportion as originally tendered.
- The Electronic Gift Vouchers can be purchased for a minimum of Rs. 500 and a maximum of 50,000 (in multiples of 100).
- The Electronic Gift Vouchers must be utilized in a single transaction, and any balance will not be carried forward.
- The Electronic Gift Vouchers cannot be reloaded.
- A maximum of 5 Croma EGV can be redeemed on a single invoice at Croma.com.
- The redemption by the bearer of the Electronic Gift Vouchers shall be a valid discharge of the company's liabilities for the Electronic Gift Vouchers.
- Any disputes must be referred to the Company, and the Company's decision will be final.
- The Electronic Gift Vouchers are subject to applicable laws. Both the company and the Electronic Gift Vouchers holder must comply with any statutory/judicial/competent authority regulations.
- Any issues related to the Electronic Gift Vouchers shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
- Infiniti Retail Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes to these terms can be found on our website and/or any Croma store.
